About
Welcome to Hulsing Elementary! Our school is named after Esther and Kenneth Hulsing. The land and school was dedicated to the children of Plymouth-Canton, Michigan. Hulsing opened its doors for the 1976 - 1977 school year and was dedicated as Bicentennial School.
Over the years Hulsing has seen updates and changes that have grown the school to better serve the community. An eight classroom wing addition have helped to expand on the number of students that Hulsing has served. As the community of Plymouth-Canton have grown so has Hulsing Elementary. Hulsing serves grades Kindergarten through 5th Grades with 500 plus students a year.
School Vision: At Hulsing Elementary, we will honor and value all voices, experiences, opinions and cultures within our community. We have high expectations for students, staff, and our families. As a team, we will create a physical and social environment that promotes and supports student success.
